Raj Dharmaraj (PCC) has over three decades of experience in the IT industry,spanning multiple leadership roles across business-technology consulting,account management and HR.

Raj is incumbent President of ICF – Chennai Charter Chapter, and has been actively involved in internal coaching for several years, as part of his organization’s “Leadership Gym” coaching program , He is also certified on the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) for leading & coaching across cultures

Raj’s areas of interest include career planning, change management, personal development and emotional wellness. He currently heads the HR M&A Strategic Deals function for India & APAC at Cognizant and is responsible for various aspects of talent services strategy, solutioning and implementation for employee transitions.

Raj is an alumnus of XLRI and Loyola, and a Fulbright Fellow (Carnegie Mellon University). He is co-founder of Chennai Mentors, a volunteer-based network supporting schoolchildren from underprivileged backgrounds

Shiva Subramaniam is a Biomimicry Evangelist with over 30 years of experience driving Learning and Development in organizations. He is the Co-founder of Biomimicry Compass, an IIT Madras incubated company, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Shiva has coached the Indian National Cricket team and the Delhi Daredevils IPL team on creative thinking, and is a Guest faculty at IIT Madras.

Shiva was also a practicing lawyer in the High Court at Madras. Shiva is a firm believer in the power of imagination - has a real star for a friend, and is an ardent football Manchester United fan.
